The Geller Real Estate Group
An Introduction

We recognize that the sale or purchase of one’s home represents much more than “a deal.” A professional Realtor must also be an expert negotiator, a skilled project manager & an effective communicator. Our Sales Associates deftly handle every aspect of the transaction, ensuring that our clients are well informed and expertly advised. We believe that communication is an essential ingredient in a successful Realtor / Client relationship.

The Geller Real Estate Group provides each of its sellers with the services of an Accredited Staging Professional. Our Stager provides homeowners with specific recommendations on how to prepare their home for sale. We believe in the benefits of staging, as a well- staged home is memorable to buyers and creates a favorable impression. By taking the time to assist our clients in properly staging their home, we are creating a home that “stands out from the crowd.” Research indicates that staged homes sell more quickly and for more money.

Once your home has been properly staged, we schedule our photographer to capture your home in its best light. Professional, well-lit photographs favorably represent your home, both online and in print.

It is with a strategically staged & professionally photographed home that our innovative marketing begins! Our marketing specialist will write a vivid description & create professional-quality, full- color information sheets or brochures that highlight the very best features of your home. Shortly after listing your home, our marketing department will mail full-color “Just Listed” postcards to the community, announcing that your beautiful home has recently come on the market.

If you are considering buying or selling, we would love to meet with you and discuss all the ways we can help you achieve your real estate goals. More importantly, we would love the opportunity to listen and learn more about YOU- what YOU hope to accomplish and what is most important to YOU. Every client has a story… and we look forward to sharing yours!
